1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Yahala, operated by Innolink (“Yahala,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance. The Platform is for users aged 18 and above and may not be legally accessed where prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Yahala Platform, including source code, designs, and trademarks (“Content” and “Marks”), is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Representations
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not:
- Use the Platform illegally or harmfully
- Use automated tools to access it
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
4. User Registration
You may need to register an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must not share them. You are solely responsible for any activity arising from the use of your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Harvest data or disrupt functionality
- Impersonate others or transmit malware
- Violate IP rights or engage in harassment
- Use Yahala for unauthorized commercial activity
6. User Contributions
If you post content (e.g., comments, media), you affirm that you own or have rights to it and that it is lawful, non-offensive, and non-infringing. We may remove or modify content at our discretion.
7. Contribution License
By submitting content, you grant Yahala a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it for commercial and operational purposes.
8. Reviews
Reviews must be based on real experiences, non-discriminatory, and not misleading. Yahala may moderate reviews but has no obligation to do so.
9. Social Media Integration
You may link third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook). You are responsible for compliance with their terms. Yahala isn’t responsible for third-party content.
10. Submissions
Feedback or suggestions you provide become Yahala's property, with no obligation to compensate you.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
Yahala is not responsible for third-party content or websites. Interacting with them is at your own risk.
12. Advertisers
Advertisers are responsible for their own content and services. Yahala only provides ad space and does not endorse products or claims.
13. Platform Management
We may monitor and moderate content and user activity to ensure compliance and maintain performance.
14. Payments, Transactions, Cancellations & Refunds
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) as payment for transactions on the Platform. Purchases may be confirmed via email. Vouchers and tickets are subject to provider policies. Cancellation windows vary; refunds are only provided if within the eligible period. Use vouchers lawfully to avoid cancellation. Refunds for provider cancellations are processed to your original payment method.
15. Price and Currency
The price and currency displayed at the checkout will match exactly what appears on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card’s currency, with any necessary currency conversion handled by your card issuer.
16. Sanctions Compliance
We do not trade with, or provide services to, any individuals, entities, or countries subject to sanctions by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), The UN Sanctions list or similar international sanctions regimes applicable under UAE law or Local UAE Sanctions List. Use of the Platform is strictly prohibited for persons or transactions of this nature.
17. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”) are prohibited from registering for, accessing, or transacting on the Platform.
18. Retention of Records
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and a copy of these Terms & Conditions and other applicable Policy documents (as referenced herein) for their personal records.
19. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt. (Alternative: SMS or postal mail may be used if specified.) Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
20. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only through the original method of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the card issuer and bank policies. Cardholders are advised to contact their bank for specific timelines.
21. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order or requested services within the cancellation period specified on the service page, which is generally within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
For purchases designated as “No Refund” or “No Cancellation,” such conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
22. Privacy
Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy: www.yahala.ai. By using Yahala, you consent to the collection of data.
23. Copyright Complaints
To report copyright infringement, contact us with sufficient detail. False claims may carry legal liability.
24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations. Banned users may not create new accounts. Legal action may be pursued for violations.
25. Modifications and Downtime
We may change or discontinue the Platform at any time. We are not liable for outages or content changes.
26. Domicile and Governing Law
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or mobile application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
27. Corrections
We may update or correct content on the Platform without notice.
28. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties and are not liable for errors, outages, or third-party conduct.
29. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
30. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yahala, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any content submitted by you, including but not limited to any claims arising from damage, violation, or breach of applicable laws.
31. User Data
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, and retain your data as necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Platform (Please refer to our privacy policy), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
32. Electronic Communications
You agree to receive communications electronically and consent to e-signatures for transactions and notices.
33. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of this agreement.
